RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Thank you for choosing Philoment LLC for your bedding purchase! We want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, please follow our refund and return policy below.

Return Policy

1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests received after this period will not be processed.
2. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused, unwashed condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We will inspect the returned item upon receipt.
3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for returns:
   Clearance or sale items
   Hygiene products, such as pillows and mattress protectors (if the item has been opened)

Return Procedure

1. Contact Customer Service: Please contact us using the following information to explain your reason for returning the product.
2. Obtain Authorization: Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a return address.
3. Packaging and Shipping: Please pack the product in its original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number. Please return the item to the return address via tracked mail. When returning the item, please keep the shipping label for your records.

Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be directly issued to that card.

Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your item, please follow the return process above and then place a new order for your desired item after the refund is processed.
